The CCOHS (Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety) is the federal equivalent of WorkSafe SK.

Federally regulated workplaces, such as Canada Post, follow the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (see Employment and Social Development Canada's Occupational health and safety in federally regulated workplaces).

Provincially regulated workplaces, such as TForce, follow The Occupational Health and Safety Regulations of Saskatchewan.

WCB Saskatchewan is provincially regulated, but when a federally regulated employee is injured, The Government Employees Compensation Act is usually administered by the Workers' Compensation Board in each province. See the Laws and Regulations section under Resources > Guides & Documents.
