Sort your manual; mark packet location with a green card; make sure hazard cards, hold & temp COANs stay in the case; get counter to count your mail and read it aloud so you can note it; tie out so that each LFT of mail is stackable when you weigh it; and weigh your sequenced, sorted, packets, satchel (with everything you carry in it - water bottle, dog spray, headlamp, PDT, get-a-grips, etc).
EVERY piece of mail counts today a lot more than it did in the past. Take the Volume Count seriously!
